Add a touch of mid-century German elegance to your home with this refined three-light porcelain candelabra. Produced by the renowned Carl Scheidig KG factory in Gräfenthal, Thuringia, this piece features a graceful, flowing silhouette typical of the era's sophisticated porcelain designs.
The candelabra is finished in a clean white glaze, accentuated by delicate gilded edges that highlight its curved arms. It bears the authentic factory mark used between 1935 and 1972 on the base. While it remains in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, there is some charming age-related rubbing on the gold gilding, which lends the piece an authentic antique soul. It is a beautiful centerpiece for a dining table or a delicate accent for a vintage-inspired mantelpiece.
Please review photos carefully, as they are an integral part of the description.

Founded in 1906 by successful businessman Carl Scheidig, the factory in Gräfenthal quickly rose to prominence by filling unique niches in the competitive German porcelain market. Known for high-quality figurines and decorative items, Scheidig’s designs were celebrated for their creative freedom and artistic detail. A pivotal moment in the company’s history occurred in 1972, when the socialist government of the GDR (East Germany) nationalized the factory to gain total state control over exports. As a result, the original private enterprise ceased to exist, making these earlier, privately produced items highly collectible "finite" pieces of German ceramic history.
