This striking, oversized vintage ceramic wall charger showcases European artistry through a detailed, cobalt blue-and-white composition inspired by traditional Delftware themes. Crafted by the historic Boch Frères Keramis workshop in La Louvière, Belgium, during the second half of the 20th century, the piece features an expansive circular form with a subtly scalloped edge. The central design displays a lavish basket overflowing with a dense, detailed bouquet of flowers, which is beautifully framed by an intricate series of stylized floral and geometric borders.
This grand decorative plate measures an impressive 15 1/2 inches in diameter, making it a powerful visual statement piece for any interior. Designed with display versatility in mind, the charger comes factory-prepared for seamless wall installation, featuring original dual hanging holes molded directly into the reverse base ring. The plate remains in very good vintage condition, entirely free of chips, cracks, or restorations, exhibiting only light, authentic glaze wear consistent with its age. The underside proudly displays the printed underglaze blue circular Boch factory stamp alongside the script „Delfts Handworked”.
